College Scholarship
Smiles Made for Life ScholarshipWe’re pleased to offer our “Smiles Made for Life” college scholarship contest for high school seniors.
Applicants can enter by writing a one-page essay on “The Power of a Smile.” Essays may be of any genre, but they must be original work by the student themselves.
The winner will receive a $1000 scholarship
Rules:
- Applicant must be a current high school senior
- Applicant must currently be or have been a patient of Ochoa Orthodontics
The deadline for all submissions is April 30. A winner will be chosen by the end of the current spring semester.
Send in your essay along with a completed contest application, which should be signed by both the student and a parent or guardian. Essays should be emailed to katie@smilesmadeforlife.com, or send to:
